General Overview		Sara is as lighthearted as a Starfleet Officer can get, and she is an intelligent and gifted engineer. Sometimes she can be a bit too smart for her own good and that weakness lands her into trouble. Another Stength or Weakness is her adventurous spirit and fearless demeanor which also lands her into trouble. She rarely is known to hold a grudge, but get on her bad side and she will never forget it, or let the instigator forget it for that matter, but her friends earn a person with unparalleled loyalty that would take a phaser hit for them. Even in the most trying times she becomes charismatic and a intelligent leader, approaching problems from a Engineering Perspective. Sara is by all accounts a pacifist and prefers to do anything possible to avoid conflict. Recently, Sara has become more disciplined, but she balances her disciplined demeanor and her sense of duty with her ability to be empathatic with the crew\'s emotional welfare. And due to her experience with the Bajoran Orb of Prophecy and Change, she has become even more open and empathatic.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Sara has great experience in Engineering, but also an uncanny ability to get into big trouble at any given moment or any occasion no matter how safe she is. Sometimes her fearless nature gets the better of her and she has always needed people to bail her out. Also, due to her experiences during the Dominion War, Sara is also a peace lover and quite possibly is the last to start a fight. Sara, due to recent events, now holds her morals to the core of her being.
Ambitions
Hobbies & Interests		Sara\'s hobby is most likely her work, and during the moments she has time to relax she prefers to spend it in the Holodeck with her beach program or at the lounge. She dose enjoy the company of her close friends. Also she is adept at Martial Arts and trains ofter, but she considers fighting a last resort and usally is not the first to start a fight. Sara has taken an interest in the Mek'leth, and is quite skilled with the weapon.

Personal History		Sara was born in North Carolina on Earth, the daughter of two Starfleet Engineers. Most of her family life was spent from starship to starship and Sara picked up the family trade quickly. However most of her childhood was spent on the USS Armstrong. She took an apprenticeship in Starfleet assisting her parents with the necessary repairs on board their ship and gaining more knowledge and experience as she grew up, soon she was assigned to a damage control team and that experience would prove vital. The Armstrong encountered a Romulan Warbird in a skirmish and life support to Engineering was down enough for a large amount of the Engineering Staff to be killed by the smoke and radiation. Only several technicians and Sara\'s parents survived. They struggled to manage the damage to the ship and finally accessed the damaged engineering section to stop a warp core breach from destroying the entire ship. She took an apprenticeship in Starfleet assisting her parents with the necessary repairs onboard their ship and gaining more knowledge and experience as she grew up, soon she was assigned to a damage control team and that experience would prove vital. Both her parents were Commended by the Captain of the Armstrong and he gave Sara his personal recommendation for admission into the Academy. She then went to Starfleet Academy and found a place to learn and prove her skill as an engineer. She was hailed as one of the most efficient damage control team organizers from her on hand experience. During her senior year the Engineering Class was assigned to shakedown a new Galaxy Class Starship however during construction a fault developed in the Warp Core that nearly destroyed the Entire Ship. The Fault was very subtitle and only an experience Engineer could notice it. However Sara began to notice fluxrations in the Dilithium Matrix that indicated to her that something was amiss, and against orders from the ship Captain she shut down the Warp Core. This surprised the Starfleet Officers and Students on duty. It was difficult to convince Captain Vanderson that something was wrong based on a hunch, but the Captain of the ship began to notice that she was on to something and decided to humor her. She and her cadet engineering team preformed a through scan of the Warp Core in order to find a molecular fracture in the core\'s containment vessel. If the ship had gone to warp the core would have breached. Sara received a commendation for discovering the fracture as well as a detailed recommendation to Starfleet Command requesting a review of all starships fitted with that type of Warp Core. She then graduated 6th in her class from the Academy with a special honor in Engineering. She was assigned to Utopia Planita as a inspector due to her attention to detail and her ability to communicate with Starfleet Command concerning vital issues at the Fleet Yards. Over the years she became a proficient Starship analyst for several projects including the Sovereign and the top secret Prometheus Classes. However she began to grow tired of her desk job and asked for a position as Chief Engineer aboard a Starship after some waiting and a few favors she was assigned to the USS Pioneer. Her time on the Pioneer proved interesting. The Commanding Officer of the Pioneer was reassigned and a El-Aurian by the name of Ambassador Mordred Ocal took command of the Pioneer. Sara formed close and deep friendships with several of the Pioneer\'s Crew. Including a former Borg Drone by the name of Raemet Sara would quickly become well known amongst the crew for being headstrong and stubborn in her beliefs and her opinions. Sara became close with Ambassador Ocal. It was on the Pioneer that Sara\'s skill in engineering was taken to new heights, as she was responsible for aiding in the retrieval of a Diplomatic Away Team during the Kolaaris II Incident. She also was instrumental in her ability to coordinate her engineering team to the upmost efficiency when the Pioneer was trapped in the Mirror Universe. Sara worked herself to the limit to prepare the Pioneer to fight a Borg Cube. When the Cube arrived, Sara continued to hold the ship together until she had an encounter with a Borg Drone and was temporarily assimilated into the Collective. However, Raemet managed to defeat the drones and unlink Sara from the hive mind. Then Raemet selflessly beamed over to the cube in order to stop the cube and allow his friends to leave the Mirror Universe. Raemet seemed to have died with the Mirror Cube. Fortunately, he survived. Sara was deeply effected by Raemet\'s apparent death. However, Tragedy would again strike. Ambassador Ocal was reassigned and the Pioneer was returned to its original CO. The Ship would then be assigned to serve as a testbed for an illegal project that was masterminded by certain elements within starfleet to develop Subspace Weapons in violation of the Second Khitomer Accords. Sara was torn between her loyalties to Starfleet, her loyalties to her crew, and her strong sense of ethics. Sara objected strongly to the project in order to be ordered to silence. And unfortunately, Project Eclipse would backfire. The Pioneer was crippled when the weapon system was activated and dragged into subspace. Sara was reassigned to Starfleet Academy to teach Engineering 3310, Intrepid Class Design and Maintenance. She was then approached by none other than Ambassador Ocal to serve as Chief Engineer on the newly commissioned USS Frontier. She continued to blame herself for Raemet\'s supposed death, the Pioneer Incident, and the deaths of her crew. However, Sara would soon learn that Raemet survived the ordeal in the Mirror Universe and had joined the crew. However, on the Frontier\'s first assignment. Sara would experience betrayal of the people that were the closest to her. The Frontier\'s Chief Counselor, his wife, and the Chief Diplomatic Officer kidnapped Raemet. This betrayal effected Sara to the core, as she had cared deeply about her friend. She could not leave Raemet to the Elyshan and left the Frontier to find him herself. She would run into Mor\'tah and learn the truth behind his betrayal. He was working on behalf of the Klingon Empire to acquire the Elyshan\'s subspace cloaking technology for Study. Sara agreed to help him liberate Raemet. Sara would succeed in what she set out to do, but she would have to face the consequences. In more ways than one. Sara and Mor\'tah began to grow close, and that relationship soon blossomed into love. Sara would spend the next amount of time on Earth studying the Elyshan\'s Subspace Technology until an incident onboard the USS Frontier prompted her return. Upon her return the Frontier\'s Crew has captured a saboture who happened to be a former Pioneer Crewmember that had been crudely assimilated. Elsewhere another ship, which carried the name USS Pioneer, had also encountered the same form of sabotage. The new Pioneer and the Frontier teamed up to investigate the appearance of these crewmembers and found the source of them. The Original Pioneer had regenerated and was now acting as a micro-collective. Sara wanted to tell the Ambassador the truth about the Eclipse Weapons system, that was the cause of the Pioneer\'s Destruction, But was once again ordered to silence. It would take Mor\'tah himself to convince Sara to do what was right, and in so doing, Sara fell even deeper in love with the Klingon Chief Diplomatic Officer. She had published a book called \'In the Darkness of Eclipse\' A Book that exposed Eclipse to the Federation Public. Sara would then be offered the position of Executive Officer on the USS Frontier. Personnel Update Commander Mordred Ocal, Commanding Officer of USS Frontier, SD 61501.7 How I managed to wait until now to post an update to Lieutenant Vickers\' personnel file is beyond me. Were it not for her quick thinking and incedible ingenuity, I may still be stuck on Kolaaris II... or at least, whatever was left of me. Miss Vickers is also largely responsible for our safe return from the Mirror Universe earlier this year. Time and again, she has proven herself an invaluable addition to her ship and the crew, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have her back in my service as Chief Engineer aboard the Frontier.
