New Database Entry, and More

There is now additional information on the Elyshan Empire available in our database. More information will be added to the Database on an as-needed basis, so please check back often for updates.

*UPDATE*: I\'ve gone through the site and updated random things here and there, including the site introduction on the main page. I\'ve also made sure that most of the references to Obsidian Fleet were deleted, as we are no longer seeking membership, and I\'ve added a few references to Horizon Fleet, as we currently have an application for membership there pending.
