Things to Come

Greetings Former Pioneers!

So we will very soon be entering the Necro Expanse. What does that mean for the crew? Well, basically, here\'s what still needs to happen.

-Mor\'tah needs to get his hands scanned for residue that might implicate him in the attack on Raemet. Somehow, he\'s going to get away with it. Later, there needs to be \"To Catch a Klingon, Part III\" because Mordred is going to order Mor\'tah\'s capture around 1400 Hours after he locked her in his quarters and ran off. Shade, that\'s up to you.

-Jennifer and Panthea are going to begin preliminary scans of the Expanse once we enter. Make note of all the dark nebulas and black dwarf stars there are in the region. Work on reconfiguring the sensors to account for the unique properties of the Expanse, use Ensign R\'Mer to help you if he\'s free. We shouldn\'t be moving faster than Impulse until we can get a better idea of what\'s ahead.

-Ensign Forest, you\'ll need to get another visit from your friend tonight. Not too sure what she\'s gonna tell you, but you would know better than anyone if it\'s she who has the chip or someone else. Let me know if you need help on this post and we\'ll work something out.

-Doctor Russell, your job is to work on Raemet for the moment. His recovery won\'t be miraculous by any means, but at some point tomorrow, we\'re going to need his help whether he\'s healthy or not.

-Sara, keep up the excellent work... I\'m VERY proud of you. Once Shade gets Mor\'tah one way or another, you\'ll probably want to speak with him in the Brig or Sickbay, wherever he ends up. He won\'t come easy, so Yoran may need to treat his wounds and/or those of the security team that caught him.

-Stephen, we really need you to finish the JP we\'ve got going, then we can figure something out for you for later.

-Aa\'rion, you\'ve got your own sub-plot with Kate as well as a large crew who may or may not need your expertice. I\'m confident in your abilities to keep active without a major role to play in the plot just yet, but if you do need some inspiration, I\'m sure we can find something.

Please keep in mind that on the Frontier, you need to post at least once per week unless on LOA. If you think you don\'t have anything to post about, contact me and we\'ll figure something out. I can\'t emphasize enough how important sub-plots are, so if you\'re feeling lost, try and think of something to keep your character busy until he/she is needed in the major storyline. Also keep in mind the value of Personal Logs, as a good one will keep me off your back for a little while, haha.

I can\'t emphasize enough how proud I am of you all for helping to make the Frontier so successful so quickly. In our first month online, we\'ve been more active than most, and more than anything else, I think that shows how talented this particular crew is (especially having survived countless distractions on the Pioneer, haha).

Speaking of the Devil, Obsidian Fleet is launching a new USS Pioneer in the weeks to come. It already has a CO who I\'ve been in regular contact with, and he\'s agreed to pick up the storyline where we left off... the original Pioneer was destroyed, so his is the next in line. Look forward to a possible Joint Mission in the future between our two simms...
