By applying for a position on the personnel roster of the USS Frontier, you are agreeing to the these terms:
The USS Frontier is owned by a citizen of the United States of America, and is powered by a Hosting Provider based in the United States of America. Therefore, the USS Frontier, its owner, members, website, and all included information/data are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Members must recognize the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 as passed by the United States of America which states that no child under the age of thirteen (13) may join any online organization without express written consent of their parent/legal guardian. Due to the nature of the USS Frontier, we cannot accept parental consent, and as such, all applicants must have attained the age of thirteen (13) years prior to submitting their application. It is unlawful to infringe on the copyrights and trademarks of this website and its respective content. Violation of copyrights and trademarks without the express written consent of the owner of the USS Frontier site is illegal and can be prosecuted under law.
All members must abide by all USS Frontier Rules and Regulations (as stated in the "Rules" section of the SIMM website), as well as the official policies which govern the active members of Horizon Fleet. By submitting your application, you are stating that you have read and understand completely the rules and regulations specific to both the USS Frontier AND Horizon Fleet and do thereby agree to abide by ALL rules specified in this document. Furthermore, you acknowledge that by breaking any of these rules, you can be discharged from the roster without any prior notice and will be unable to re-apply for this simm.
The USS Frontier simm is rated 13+ for some sci-fi violence and occassional coarse language.
